As of January 1st, Munters Turbovent Agro A/S and Munters Turbovent Environment A/S changed their names into Munters A/S and merged legally with another Munters business unit in Farum, Denmark. The merger has been initiated in order to consolidate the financial reporting process of both units and to cut administration costs.
As a customer or supplier of former Munters Turbovent Agro A/S or Munters Turbovent Environment A/S, you may in the coming days receive invoices, letters, quotes, order documents using the new company name. The legal merger will be definite in April or latest in May dependent on when the entities’ annual reports have been finalized.
You will still be able to reach Munters Aars facility at the usual address and phone numbers, but the e-mail address has been changed to aghort@munters.dk and the web address is from now on www.munters.dk.
