The DV 880 (8800-Series) mist eliminator is a vane type separator for vertical gas flows in scrubbers, washers or absorbers. 
The DV 880 is typically used as 2-stage mist eliminator for medium to high liquid loadings, but it can also be applied on low liquid loads. It also proofed its reliability as a coarse eliminator in many high performing flue gas desulphurization absorber towers.
