Evaporative Cooling

The temperature is in general higher day time and the humidity is higher at night. The sun and machines generate heat that is absorbed by the workers and they feel uncomfortable, while sensible heat is increasing. Often this also causes production and quality problems.

Evaporative cooling is based on air passing through a pad or media, the water evaporates with help of energy taken from the air, and the air will be chilled with only a fan and a water pump. Old air is ventilated out and replaced with fresh cool air.
